I built Brooke.ai to solve a problem I saw firsthand — dealership service departments were losing customers because they couldn't communicate fast enough. We created an AI voice assistant that handles appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer follow-ups so that no customer ever falls through the cracks again.
The Story
Jason Beckett has spent over a decade at the intersection of technology, operations, and automotive retail. As COO and President of Proactive Dealer Solutions, he led cross-functional teams serving hundreds of dealerships, driving revenue growth and operational excellence at scale.
That experience revealed a consistent gap: growth-stage companies have bold visions but often lack the operational infrastructure, product discipline, or AI expertise to execute on them. BraceBridge Labs was founded to fill that gap — delivering hands-on consulting in SaaS product strategy, AI automation, and business operations.
Jason also founded Brooke.ai, an AI-powered voice assistant purpose-built for automotive service departments. It is a testament to the kind of work BraceBridge Labs does: identifying a real-world problem, designing an elegant solution, and shipping it with the urgency of a startup and the rigor of a Fortune 500.
